Our customer base is diverse and consists of contractors, utility, industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential customers.

As an established and growing Electrical Distributor, we are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Industrial Outside Sales Representative at our Kinston, NC facility with the primary responsibility of growing our market share in the Industrial Electrical market calling on Industrial facilities, Integrators, Panel Builders, OEMs and Industrial Contractors. The successful candidate would also be responsible for developing new business opportunities along with other duties as assigned.

Persons with a minimum of four (4) years of Industrial Outside Sales experience with a proven track record in the electrical field are invited to apply. Recent college graduates with a sales, marketing, engineering, technical or related degree are also welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess the following KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

• Successful Industrial Outside Sales experience in the Electrical Industry
• Knowledge and Application of Electrical Automation products.
• Successfully demonstrates knowledge of sales, business development and financial results
• Self-Motivated and Self-Disciplined
• Understands the wholesale channel , the customers and the competition
• Effective at making cold calls and developing prospects for incremental sales growth.
• Personal Commitment to Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Strong Organizational and Communication skills
• Strong work ethic and effective Time Management skills
• Multi-task oriented
• Willing to travel with very little overnight travel required
• Computer Skills including excel and word a plus.
