Short Description

IDC Select® light duty bored-to-size sheaves are available in single and two groove designs for A-B and 3L-4L-5L belts. Each unit is supplied with a keyway and a set screw over the keyway. They are precision machined from 25 gray cast iron, statically balanced, painted with a baked enamel finish and individually packaged.

  • Statically balanced
  • Cast iron sheaves should not exceed 6500 fpm rim speed
  • Special or dynamic balancing should be considered when speeds exceed 5000 fpm
  • 3.16 in Dia pitch 3L/3.5 in Dia pitch 4L(A)
