What exactly does this mean? The Authorized Service Provider (ASP) Program is a series of Rockwell Automation-supported, distributor-delivered services to help a distributor provide an exceptional customer experience. These Value-Added Services include:

• Standard Network Assessments. It is vital for our customers to have a good understanding of their current industrial network. Standard Network Assessment provides an effective means to evaluate the current condition of a designed or implemented network and security design, program, and policies.
  
  
• Security Posture Survey. A Security Posture Survey can help customers face the increasingly common and costly cybersecurity threat in industrial infrastructure. It provides detailed information to assess and prioritize OT network security risks through asset inventory, a baseline network traffic, and detection of abnormalities.
  
  
• Machine Level Network Design. A Machine Level Network Design is a site delivered ASP service that provides the network details necessary to procure, install, and configure a network.
  
  
• Installed Base Evaluation (IBE) - An Installed Base Evaluation (IBE) is a thorough analysis of a customer’s critical plant assets and their condition. This site-delivered service enables the customer to make data-driven decisions regarding the support and obsolescence management of their installed base assets.
  
  
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Program. Rockwell Automation seeks to understand each company’s unique lockout-tagout needs and custom tailor a solution that not only meets all applicable state and federal regulations, but also establishes what is recognized by hundreds of companies around the world as the most efficient way to keep their employees safe.
  
  
• Drive Start-up Assistance. Drive Start-Up Assistance allows customers to leverage our extensive product knowledge and industry experience to help reduce the time between integration and start-up. Distributors in the Authorized Service Provider (ASP) program can help improve equipment operation and reduce the risk of performance problems and premature equipment failures for customers. Our standard process verifies that the necessary electrical, mechanical and environmental criteria have been met.  **If a customer chooses this service from us, they get an additional 6 month extended warranty, for installation of new drives only.
  
  
• Capacitor Reforming Service. Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are sometimes stored for extended periods of time between uses. If a VFD goes unused for a year or longer, it must be reformed to recondition the DC-bus capacitors and restore its condition to prepare for operation under load. We offer Capacitor Reforming Services both inhouse in our branches, or onsite at the customer’s location.
  
  
• Control Panel Assembly. We have the ability and resources needed to assemble custom control panels per customer’s needs for certain situations.  This includes panels with PLC’s, Variable Frequency Drives, Motion Control, etc.  Please contact us for more information.
