State Electric had their 5th annual LEAD graduation in the Huntington Training Center. Similar to past years, the content for this year's program focused around ownership, accountability and responsibility, as well as goal setting and being proactive. Each participant shared with the audience their leadership transformation story before receiving their program certificate.
